Apartment and shared-parking questions
Have a parking space? Check whether detailing is allowed there.
If your car is kept at a Back Bay apartment or in a shared garage, parking access is only part of the planning. Ask the property manager whether vehicle detailing is permitted and whether there is a designated working area. An assigned space alone does not confirm that a mobile appointment can take place there.
At an apartment or condominium
Check access arrangements, room around the vehicle and any restrictions on washing or equipment use. Our self-contained water and power supply does not replace the property's permission.
If your usual space is unsuitable, arrange another permitted location and check its suitability with us before relying on it for the appointment.
When your car normally stays on the street
Plan where the work can take place before choosing an appointment. Do not assume that a metered space, resident parking spot or public garage is an approved detailing location.
Check Boston's street-cleaning information when planning vehicle access. Schedules vary, and the City advises following posted signs.
One useful question for your building manager: “Is mobile vehicle detailing allowed here, and which area may be used?” This helps resolve the location before your car is ready for cleaning.

Carpet & Mat Shampooing is a separate add-on for deeper fabric cleaning. Choose it when those areas need more than routine vacuuming; do not assume that every pale mark is salt or that every stain will disappear.

Choose extras for the areas that need them
Spilled coffee, pet hair and lingering odors need different attention
A daily commute can leave a car with several unrelated problems. Choose the main service for the cabin or exterior, then add the treatment relevant to the affected area.
A spill on a fabric seat
Seat Shampooing is the relevant add-on when fabric seats need deeper cleaning. Carpet & Mat Shampooing addresses a different area; selecting one does not automatically include the other. Results depend on the material, stain and previous treatment.
Fur caught in upholstery
Pet Hair Removal is a separate add-on. Select it for embedded fur rather than assuming routine vacuuming includes dedicated hair removal. Remove pet blankets and loose belongings so the affected surfaces are accessible.
A smell that keeps returning
Odor Removal is available separately from ordinary cabin cleaning. Remove forgotten food, damp belongings or other obvious sources first. If carpeting repeatedly becomes wet, investigate the water entry as well as the cleaning need.
Everyday dust and crumbs
Interior detailing is the starting point for routine cabin care. You do not need to add every treatment: use the condition of the seats, mats and cargo area to decide which extras are relevant.
